Withdraws a Reach & Frequency (R&F) ad order to suspend delivery. After an order is withdrawn, the corresponding ad group's status changes to "Closed". Ad groups whose status is "Deliverying" cannot be withdrawn.

输入参数
adgroup_ids必填IDs of the ad groups to withdraw. Each ID must correspond to an R&F ad group. Ad groups whose status is "Deliverying" cannot be withdrawn.
