smart_plus_ad_appeal

Appeals the rejection of an Upgraded Smart+ Ad so the ad can be re-evaluated after failing review. After submitting an appeal, wait for processing and then call /smart_plus/ad/review_info/ to check the appeal outcome and updated review status.
