term_confirm

Signs an agreement for the Lead Generation Ads feature for the specified advertiser. After signing, use /term/check/ to check the agreement status. For v1.3, the endpoint path is /v1.3/term/confirm/ and `advertiser_id` is a string (it was a number in v1.2).
