Gets information about a Spark Ads post that the advertiser is authorized to use as an ad via /open_api/v1.3/tt_video/info/. You must first obtain an authorization code from the TikTok post owner in the TikTok app by enabling Ad authorization and generating a code. Pass that authorization code in this request. In v1.3, `advertiser_id` is a string, and several IDs and authorization times in the response changed from numeric/datetime types in v1.2 to strings in v1.3.

auth_code必填Authorization code for the Spark Ads post, obtained from the TikTok post owner after they enable Ad authorization in the TikTok app. Replace every `+` in the code with `%2B`; otherwise the request may fail with an invalid authorization code error.
