Creates a Brand Profile for a TikTok One (TTO) Creator Marketplace account at `/open_api/v1.3/tto/tcm/brand/profile/create/`. The request must use an Access-Token authorized by a TTO Creator Marketplace account. Some fields are immutable after creation: `brand_name`, `brand_industry_id`, and `logo_url` cannot be updated once set.

输入参数
brand_industry_id必填ID of the brand industry. Use a valid Brand Profile industry ID. Once set, this field cannot be updated.
brand_name必填Brand name. Maximum length is 60 characters. Once set, this field cannot be updated.
brand_website必填Brand website URL. The link must start with `https://`.
logo_url必填URL of the brand logo image. The image must be JPG, PNG, or GIF, have a 1:1 aspect ratio, and be no larger than 5 MB. Once set, this field cannot be updated.
tiktok_account_urlThe URL of your TikTok account. The URL should start with https://www.tiktok.com/@. If you provide this URL when creating a Brand Profile, creators can view your linked account directly on your profile. This improves brand authenticity and transparency before you collaborate. To find the URL of your TikTok account, navigate to your TikTok profile, click the Share button, and copy the link.
tto_tcm_account_id必填ID of the TTO Creator Marketplace account. To obtain the account IDs accessible by the current `Access-Token`, use `/tto/oauth2/tcm/`.
