书籍热门划线（含原文与人数）。服务端固定前 20 条，不支持分页。 Popular highlights (text + count). Server returns top 20 only. If the gateway returns upgrade_info, treat it as an error and follow upgrade_info.message.

输入参数

bookId必填

书籍 ID。用户给书名时先调 store_search 取 bookId。Book ID; search by title first.

chapterUid

章节 UID，0=全部章节。Chapter UID, 0=all chapters.

synckey

翻页/增量同步游标，默认 0。Sync / page cursor, default 0.
